FAQ

What kind of photographer are you? I am an on-location family photographer. I love capturing emotive, love and light-filled images!

Where will my session be held? I offer sessions throughout Denver and Boulder. Living in Colorado there are hundreds of beautiful locations. Over time I have found my favorite spots for nice views and pretty light. Depending on where you live and whether you want majestic mountain views, vibrant urban colors, rustic fences or golden fields, I will help you pick a great spot to make your family look great and have fun!

How long will my session be? Sessions typically last up to an hour depending on the family.

What will my session be like? I want your session to be a great night for your entire family! When you view your images, I want you to have great memories of our night and all the moments we captured. I will guide you to the best light and give you some direction so everyone looks their best, but forced smiles and stiff posture is not allowed!

Where will my newborn session be held? I currently offer lifestyle newborn photography in the comfort of your home. These session last up to 3 hours and include the entire immediate family.

What should I wear? Matching is out for family photos! I suggest mom finds a maxi-dress or outfit that makes her feel great and  dress the rest of the family in a similar or coordinating color palette. Please avoid red, neons and bright colors as these colors are difficult to photograph and can leave an unpleasant color cast.

How far out are you booked? Fall is my busiest session and I book out 1-2 months in advance. I occasionally have an open night, so it never hurts to ask!

Will I get the digital photos from my session? I offer three collections with different quantities of digital images. Each collection has a few fine art prints so you have something tangible to enjoy.

How can I order prints and products from you? You are welcome to order additional prints and products through your gallery of images! My favorite items are canvas wall art and image boxes with loose prints.
