Boulder foothills family photos clearly have my heart! I love the beautiful soft light as it dips below the flatirons. The blue hills and skies contrast with the golden grasses. There is so much texture and variety between the rocks and fields. I loved taking this family here after using a few other great spots the last few seasons. Their son was so sweet to find some flowers for his mom and deliver them with big hugs. He was equally ready to snuggle/wrestle with his dad. Parents of boys will know what I mean by this! And can we talk a minute about mom’s blue tulle skirt? I love the delicate fabric against our rustic backdrop. So dreamy! This rose hued one would be perfect with a chunky knit sweater for a winter session!
