Growing Up

I can’t believe that my baby boy is turning eight tomorrow!  It seems like just yesterday we were at the hospital waiting to be admitted and shortly after meeting our squishy 8lb 13oz baby boy.  He was a sleepy, calm baby and has continued to be a sweet, easy kid (with the occassional outburst of injustice of not being able to do everything his 11 year old brother does).  He has a sharp sense of humor, more common sense than the rest of our household combined, and is always the peacemaker when someone is upset.
My Denver family photography business would not exist without this helpful little assistant.  Always up for venturing out to find new locations and willingly posing for five minutes of photos, so I can test a spot out.  This May has been unusually rainy and gloomy in Colorado, and I have had to reschedule many sessions.  On the upside, our landscape is incredibly green and vibrant right now!  We drove past this little spot tucked away next to a Wal-Mart parking lot of all places.  It was a cold, gloomy afternoon, but I had my own sunshine!
