There’s something so special about sessions with dogs—they instantly bring out the laughter and keep everything real. Lucy and Juliane brought their pups, Betty and Bandit, along for a golden hour walk in the Flatirons, and it was pure joy from start to finish. The dogs ran ahead, sniffed everything in sight, and occasionally jumped into the frame (or our arms), which made the whole session feel more like an adventure than a photoshoot.
Lucy and Juliane were so natural together—relaxed, affectionate, and totally in the moment. Their casual outfits and easy connection made everything flow effortlessly. We wandered, chatted, laughed, and soaked up the last bit of sunlight as the mountains turned golden behind us.
