Downtown Denver Family Photos

I had such a great time exploring downtown Denver with this family right before the holidays. I plan on doing more family urban photos this year, as Denver is filled with such interesting textures, rich colors, and the unique contrast of vintage and modern architecture. We started out in Larimer Square, Denver’s most historic area. Not only does this block have the most amazing buildings and doorways, there are so many neat shops and restaurants to explore! Because it was a busy, festive weekend, after a few photos we headed to a quieter part of Larimer Street filled with colorful and interesting street art. Mom and I zeroed in on a vibrant wall that perfectly complemented her sweet twins stylish outfits. I love the resulting images! Of course, these guys would have photographed great in any setting. It was so neat to work with boy/girl twins. These two are so incredibly sweet to each other…in fact I had to ask them to stop hugging and kissing for a few photos so we see their cute faces!
