I first photographed this little family when this cute couple was pregnant with their first baby boy! Now they are expecting baby number two and Ryder is going to be a big brother! It’s so fun to be part of these amazing milestones and watch families grow. I love that my clients become friends and catching up at our sessions is as much fun as taking photos. We definitely had some fun at Davidson Mesa near Boulder on this bright sunny evening. It was super hot and almost too sunny (is that even a thing?), but I think that was fitting for the excitement this family has for their new arrival. I can’t wait to meet him next month!
I know some of my families go back and forth on scheduling a maternity session. Even though it may seem like one more thing to do before the baby arrives, when your kids are in the double digits you will not regret having this special time captured. I remember how excited we were for our second son…and my older son was so curious about the baby in my belly!! I would love to have some beautiful images of that special time!
