Photographer in Denver

I can’t believe it’s been over two years since I became a photographer in Denver! I was so nervous moving from Northern Colorado to the Denver metro area. It was not only difficult marketing myself in a new city, but finding the best places to meet clients was overwhelming. Now, I am so appreciative that my job has given me the opportunity to discover all the beautiful places in Denver, from downtown, the mountains, lakes and more.
When a client who lives near me asks for location suggestions, I am almost embarrassed to suggest the open space behind my neighborhood. I worry they will think I am lazy or uninspired. But in reality this spot has some of the most beautiful, warm dreamy light! A bonus is that the kids don’t get restless on a long car ride. In addition to great Denver locations, I am fortunate to meet so many gorgeous families. I am lucky to call this family neighbors, they are just so beautiful inside and out!
