Holiday Dress
This little sweetheart made me so grateful for my job as a Westminster baby photographer. Her mama contacted me late this fall, and I am so happy I had an opening for their session. Little Elise adores being outside and meeting new people. She also has the most amazing eye lashes and bright blue eyes. You may not be able to tell, but she also doesn’t stop moving for a second. Loved watching her explore the location and smile at people walking by!
Her mom had the family styled perfectly for her daughter’s 18 month photos. In fact, if you are wondering what to wear for your portraits, just scroll down through these images. Neutral colors, with subtle pops of color work so well for our sun drenched Colorado afternoons. Layers with texture, such as the baby’s jacket, mom’s sweaters and tights always complete an outfit and pull together a family’s color scheme. Accessories such as the tasteful hair bows add visual interest. Dad is in a dark neutral color that compliements but doesn’t clash with mom’s outfit. Great job to this adorable family!
