You know you live in Colorado when your fall photo sessions turn into winter photos sessions! The weather this year has been extra unpredictable. And I do allow client’s to reschedule if the weather is miserable, but sometimes we go for it and the results are magical!
This fall has felt like winter…with frigid temps and every type of precipitation from sleet to snow! This particular day began a little chilly, but sunny! On the drive to the location, I watched as a thick fog suddenly rolled in and covered the Flatirons. It was magical, but cold! This family was already dressed and on their way, so we decided to go for it despite the below freezing temp! I worked fast, and mom and dad had blankets and coats on the sidelines. I had the family run a lot and snuggle even more! These sisters were certainly cooperative, sweet and a little silly despite the cold temperatures!
I think the resulting images are not only beautiful…but extra memorable!
