Family Photos

I love being a Broomfield photographer. It’s wonderful connecting with so many new and familiar faces in the area. This family lives in our neighborhood, and their sweet, handsome 5th grader played on the same flag football team as my son. Their beautiful daughter is creative and outgoing…and a new driver! This is such a great age to photograph. I think as mom’s it’s both hard and exciting to watch our children grow before our eyes. Our jobs as mothers go from being very physical (changing diapers and chasing toddler) to more mental (dealing with friendships and schoolwork). They are gaining more and more independence and responsibility whether we like it or not! But there are still many moments where they are our cuddly, goofy kids. It’s really fun to embrace and capture those sweet and silly in between moments of life, as well as capture beautiful portraits.
