As a Denver photographer I get to work with so many wonderful families and kids–boys and girls. I don’t know if the above quote is entirely true, but as a mom of two boys, I definitely know where my two are in the house by their sounds (usually someone throwing a ball inside or wrestling their sibling to the ground). In fact, I have become more immune to loud shouts, crashes, bangs and sometimes even shattering noises than I care to admit. I adore having two boys, but sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have a daughter to talk to, and maybe occasionally get our nails done together or go shopping somewhere other than Sport’s Authority?
This mom gets the best of both worlds!
