As a Denver maternity photographer, I certainly have my favorite locations. I have to say, when I pulled up to this location, it looked completely different from before. The first time I shot here the trees and grass were the vibrant emerald green of late spring. In early fall the trees were full of golden yellow leaves. To be honest I wasn’t that impressed with the bare trees of late fall. But right when we got ready to shoot, and with no leaves in the way, the sun hit the perfect spot. I have now decided that winter is my favorite time to shoot at this location. That light! Amazing!
This adorable soon to be family of four made my job so much fun. Their daughter was a little shy, but incredibly sweet, especially once she got comfortable with me. I think she is going to be the best big sister later this month. I am excited I will be there to document her new sibling!
