Winter can be tough for a natural light photographer. After a busy fall with photo shoots almost everyday of the week (hello, holiday cards!), things slow down and the weather is often cold and gloomy. The days are spent doing mundane and even dreadful tasks such as taxes. Well, it’s almost officially spring and my calendar and spirits are looking up again!! To kick off the season, I photographed this family of FIVE! I did newborn sessions for both of the older girls and was happily surprised to hear they welcomed a third beautiful girl to their family. You never know what you will get with a three month, two and four year old, but it will always be sweet!
I received such beautiful, authentic email from this sweet mama of three, “… I LOVE THEM ALL! My mom passed away a little over a year ago. I couldn’t describe to people that I felt family-less even though I still had a family. These made me see something that I’ve had a hard time seeing for over a year now. From the bottom of my heart, thank you”. I am so happy she braved the chaos and stress so we could create these images for her family and mama heart.
