I have loved getting to know this family of three over the last few years! This year, mom was dreaming of a snowy winter photo session. Between her busy schedule as a health care provider and the warm December weather (snow in September and 70 degree days in December, what?!)…it was not an easy idea to execute. But, as things tend to do, it worked out beautifully. Working around weather and schedules, we ended up shooting this session prior to another family’s photoshoot in Longmont. When we pulled up, we found the perfect amount of snow on the ground on this extra chilly day. Luckily with creative layering of clothing and some running and jumping around, we managed to get gorgeous snowy images without frostbite! And how beautiful is their daughter…she didn’t complain once about the cold weather and is just the sweetest little being around!
