I am so excited for a fresh new year as a Westminster CO photographer! 2015 was a good year for our family, but not without its challenges and changes. I am hoping 2016 brings a lot of memorable moments and maybe a little more consistency! One big change in 2015 was buying our house in Westminster CO, a suburb of Denver. We adore our neighborhood and have had fun slowly making our house a home.
Another big change was my oldest son starting middle school. This had me in a panic for the first half of 2015. I mean, “why does time have to move so fast? How will my sweet 6th grader handle hallways crowded with big, rowdy 8th graders? His school is sooo big…”! Luckily, he handles changes much better than me and overall has been thriving in middle school. He is making lots of new friends, including this handsome guy pictured below. Coincidentally his mom just purchased a house a few doors down from us. She is not only beautiful, but a very passionate and talented entrepreneur. I am so glad our paths have crossed, and I look forward to seeing our businesses flourish this year!
Mom and Me sessions are near and dear to my heart. I know how quickly the days pass by, between work, school, and activities.
